I am the AED owner/custodian or I am authorised by the owner/custodian or premises controller to register this AED and, if I have ticked Publication consent, to consent to its public disclosure on the AEDNearMe map. *

I understand that registering an AED on private premises may result in members of the public or trusted responders attending during the stated access hours to retrieve the device in an emergency, and I have provided lawful access routes and any restrictions. *

I confirm I will not submit cabinet access codes for public display; if applicable, such codes will be provided through appropriate channels only (e.g., on-site security or emergency call handlers). *

To the best of my knowledge, the information provided is accurate and not misleading, and I will notify AEDNearMe promptly of any changes or if the AED is relocated, unavailable, or removed. *

I acknowledge AEDNearMe may edit, generalise, suppress or remove listings for safety, privacy, quality, or legal reasons, and may contact me to verify or update details if I have consented to contact. *
